Partner & Vendor Registration

Good contractors are the whole business.

K2 Prime does not self-perform licensed trade work. Everything we deliver runs through contractors and suppliers we have qualified in advance. If that could be you, this is how you get considered.

What We Look For

Qualified, insured, and available.

Partners are screened before they are used, not after a job is won. Qualification covers licensing for the trade in question, current insurance, safety record, capacity to take scope on a real schedule, and demonstrated past performance.

What we offer in return is straightforward: defined scope, a schedule that gets managed rather than assumed, one point of contact instead of a chain of them, and payment terms stated in writing before work starts.

You bring

The trade

Your people, your equipment, your license, your insurance. You stay an independent business.

We bring

The contract

Requirement definition, customer relationship, scheduling, procurement, and the paperwork that comes with it.

Together

One accountable party

The customer manages one relationship. You get scope, dates, and terms in writing before work starts.

The Model

Many trades. One accountable company.

Every specialty below is performed by an independent firm that owns its own people, equipment, licenses and insurance. K2 Prime holds the contract, the schedule, the quality, and the accountability.

Small Business, Veteran & Disability-Owned Firms

We are looking for you specifically.

K2 Prime was built in part around a conviction that plenty of capable veterans and capable people with disabilities can do the work and never get near the opportunity, because nobody walked them through the front end of it — the registrations, the certifications, the codes, the teaming structures.

If you are a small business, a veteran-owned firm, a service-disabled veteran-owned firm, a HUB-certified firm, or a contractor owned by someone with a disability, say so on the form. It genuinely helps: on federal set-aside work, similarly situated firms count differently toward performance requirements, which means bringing you onto a team is easier, not harder.

And if you are still working out how to get registered or certified, tell us that too. We will share what we have learned. It costs us nothing and the region needs more qualified contractors in the system, not fewer.

Registration

Get on the list.

No commitment on either side. This puts your capability in front of us when a requirement matches it.

This is a lot of questions. Here is why. These are the same questions a customer — especially a federal or industrial one — will ask us about you before we can put you on their site. Answering them once here means we can put you forward the day a requirement lands, instead of chasing paperwork while a job is already moving.

Gaps are normal and they are not a disqualifier. A missing prequalification or certification narrows which jobs you fit, not whether you belong in the network. Plenty of good work has none of these requirements attached. Tell us what you actually have, mark what you do not, and if you want to close a gap, say so on the last question — we will tell you what it takes.

Trades & services you perform (check all that apply)

Most firms do more than one thing. Check everything you can genuinely staff and stand behind.

Mechanical & Industrial

Construction & Site Work

Grounds & Land

Field & Logistics

Supply

Business classification (check all that apply)

These matter on federal and state work. If none apply yet, leave them blank — it is not a disqualifier.

Insurance & Bonding

Safety & Prequalification

Third-party prequalification (check all that apply)

Many industrial and federal customers require one of these. Not enrolled anywhere? Say so — we can point you at the right one.

Safety programs & training (check all that apply)

Check what your crew actually holds today.

Equipment operation & certifications (check all that apply)

Equipment your people are trained and qualified to run.

Capability

We read every one. If your capability matches something on our board we will be in touch; if not, you stay on file. Nothing you send here is shared outside K2 Prime.
