Facility Support & Recurring Services

Recurring and scheduled maintenance, grounds and vegetation management, custodial and pest control support, and service-call response consolidated under one contract.

Logistics & Emergency Response

Material staging and delivery, heavy equipment transport through qualified partners, rapid field support, and disaster-response packages.

Why This Matters to a Contracting Officer

We have sat on your side of the table.

Twenty-one years of military service meant writing requirements, developing scopes of work, organizing projects, and putting work out for bid. Not responding to solicitations — issuing them. Sitting in the approval chain. Evaluating whether a contractor's number was real or whether it was missing scope that would come back as a change order.

That matters here for a practical reason. A contractor who understands why a requirement is written the way it is, what documentation the contracting activity actually needs, and where a submission creates work for the government is a contractor who generates less friction. Scopes come back clarified rather than assumed. Documentation arrives complete. Questions get asked before award instead of after.

K2 Prime is new to federal performance as a company. Its founder is not new to federal systems, military operations, procurement procedure, industrial projects, contractor management, safety programs, or documentation requirements.

Contract Delivery Model

What K2 Prime performs, and what partners perform.

K2 Prime performs project planning, procurement, scheduling, quality assurance and quality control, safety oversight, budget tracking, documentation, and contract administration with its own personnel, and self-performs scope where that is the right fit for the requirement.

Specialty and licensed trade work is executed by screened partner contractors under teaming agreements established before award. Partners are qualified on licensing, insurance, safety record, capacity, and past performance. Partner personnel, equipment, and licenses remain their own; K2 Prime coordinates, verifies, and remains accountable to the customer for delivery.

This structure is built to support compliance with applicable limitations on subcontracting and to give the contracting activity a single accountable party from award through closeout.

Acquisition Pathways

How to actually put us on contract.

Every route below is available today. Acquisition strategy and set-aside determinations rest with the contracting activity — this is simply what is possible with K2 Prime’s current registrations and status.

PathwayTypical UseWhat K2 Prime Provides

BPA & BOA task orders Recurring or on-call requirements under an established agreement Response within agreed timeframes, scheduled work, and consolidated invoicing.

Texas state & universities State agency and higher-education purchases with HUB participation goals Texas HUB certified and CMBL listed. HUB credit applies to payments made under our certificate number.

Not sure which route fits? Send the requirement and we will tell you which pathways it could reasonably run through — including when the answer is that another vendor is the better fit.

Facility Support & Recurring Services

Built for the contract that runs all year.

Not every requirement is a project with a finish date. A significant share of facility work is recurring — scheduled maintenance, seasonal services, periodic inspections, and unscheduled service calls that have to be answered inside a defined response time, month after month, against a fixed price.

K2 Prime is structured for that kind of work. The same coordination framework that delivers a project delivers a service contract: a schedule that gets followed, qualified performers under agreement before the period of performance begins, quality verification against the performance standards in the PWS, and documentation that supports the Government’s surveillance plan rather than fighting it.

K2 Prime is prepared to perform as the accountable contractor on recurring facility support requirements — scheduled and preventive maintenance, grounds and vegetation management, custodial and pest control support, and minor repair — consolidated under a single point of responsibility, with licensed and specialized work performed by qualified partner contractors.

01

Scheduled work

Preventive maintenance and recurring services performed on a published schedule, tracked and reported, so the Government is not chasing whether a visit happened.

02

Service calls

Unscheduled requirements answered by priority level within agreed response times, with a single number to call and one party responsible for closing the ticket.

03

Quality & surveillance

Work verified against the performance standards in the requirement, with records structured to support the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and any inspection that follows.

04

Compliance & reporting

Recurring deliverables, safety documentation, and awareness of Service Contract Act wage determination obligations where they apply to the requirement.

K2 Prime welcomes discussion of recurring facility support requirements at any scale, including those better suited to a single small-business award than to multiple separate procurements.

Teaming & Subcontracting

Open to the right arrangement.

K2 Prime welcomes discussions with prime contractors, agencies, and project teams seeking responsive SDVOSB participation, regional capability, specialty field support, or coordinated project execution — and with Texas agencies and public universities working toward HUB participation goals.

K2 Prime welcomes opportunities to support competitive procurements, subcontracting requirements, teaming arrangements, and appropriate SDVOSB acquisition strategies. Acquisition strategy and set-aside determinations rest with the contracting activity; K2 Prime is prepared to provide the documentation needed to support that review.

K2 Prime is an early-stage company with work under way. Its first major commercial award — a four-week temporary water-supply operation supporting a utility-scale solar construction project in the Texas Panhandle — is in performance now. Where this site describes leadership experience, it refers to the professional background of the founder prior to and outside of K2 Prime LLC, and is not offered as corporate past performance of K2 Prime LLC.
