Field Solutions. Coordinated Execution. One Accountable Partner.
K2 Prime Solutions is a consulting and contracting company. We define the requirement, source and qualify the contractors and suppliers who can perform it, coordinate the work across them, and stay accountable for the outcome — for federal, state, industrial, commercial, and agricultural customers.

Consulting and contracting
We take on requirements that cross trades and vendor boundaries, and deliver them under one contract with one party answerable for the result.
We define, source, coordinate, close
K2 Prime performs the planning, procurement, quality, safety, schedule, and contract administration. Licensed trade work goes to qualified partners under teaming agreements.
Federal, state, industrial, agricultural
SDVOSB and Texas HUB certified. Prime contractors, agencies, public universities, renewable-energy builders, plants, and Panhandle producers.
One accountable point of coordination.
Projects fail at the interfaces, not at the tasks.
Projects rarely fail because nobody can perform the individual tasks. Qualified trades exist. Suppliers exist. Equipment is available. Projects fail at the interfaces — where scope, scheduling, procurement, communication, and accountability pass from one party to the next and nobody clearly owns the handoff.
A fencing project turns out to need excavation. A remote jobsite needs water before it needs anything else, and then it needs tanks, hauling, and dust control. A facility project needs procurement, three trades, a delivery window, and someone tracking whether the long-lead item actually shipped.
K2 Prime owns those interfaces. We define what the requirement actually needs, assemble screened specialty contractors and suppliers against it, run the planning, procurement, quality, safety, and schedule ourselves, and stay accountable through closeout — so the customer manages one relationship instead of six.
The delivery framework is the work.
Coordination is not overhead layered on top of a project. On a construction contract it is the primary scope — the planning, procurement, quality verification, safety oversight, and schedule control that decide whether the trade work lands on time and to spec. That framework is what K2 Prime performs on every project, with our own people.
Define
Establish what the requirement has to accomplish, the site conditions, the constraints not yet in writing, and the acceptance criteria the work will be measured against.
Assemble
Match capability to scope and bring in screened, verified partners under teaming agreements — qualified by license, safety record, capacity, and past performance.
Coordinate
Own the sequence and the interfaces. Procurement, long-lead tracking, submittals, schedule, QA/QC, safety oversight, and a single line of communication to the customer.
Close
Verify the requirement was met, resolve what didn't go to plan, complete documentation and contract administration, and hand over a project that stays closed.
Where We Work
The sectors we assemble teams for.
K2 Prime is not a mechanical company or a civil company. We are the party that sources the right contractors for each of these and answers for the result. Most projects touch more than one.

K2 Prime's founder spent more than twenty years in Navy leadership and the years since in industrial capital project management. The planning, procurement, and accountability discipline the company runs on came from environments where it was already load-bearing.
$55M+
Industrial capital improvements under his oversight — contractor coordination, procurement support, budgeting, QA/QC, safety, and documentation.
$12.5M
Major shutdown execution, including maintenance planning, logistics, sequencing, and contractor management inside fixed outage windows.
This describes the professional experience of K2 Prime's founder prior to and outside of K2 Prime LLC. It is not past performance of K2 Prime LLC, and is not offered as such.
Current Engagement
Temporary water supply — utility-scale solar construction, Texas Panhandle
K2 Prime holds a purchase order to supply a four-week temporary water bridge for a utility-scale solar construction project near Hereford: two trucks running four loads each per weekday, roughly 50,000 gallons per day delivered to an active site with no permanent water. K2 Prime coordinates the hauling subcontractor, the source, the schedule, and the documentation. Customer name withheld pending approval.
Why K2 Prime
K2 Prime's strength is not size and it is not capital. It is real-world experience, and the understanding that most jobs do not fail for lack of talent — they fail for lack of quality leadership and the right resources pointed at the right problem.
Accountability
You know who owns the problem. One point of contact, one party responsible for the result, no gaps between vendors for a requirement to fall into.
A screened partner network
Specialty work goes to contractors qualified on license, insurance, safety record, and capacity, under teaming agreements established before the project starts — not sourced in a hurry after award.
Operational experience
Leadership formed in environments where logistics, schedules, equipment, personnel, and mission requirements had to work together, with real consequences when they didn't.
Lean and scalable
K2 Prime does not carry overhead to look larger than it is. Resources are assembled against the requirement, so you are not paying for capacity your project doesn't use.
Problem solving
The strongest fit is the requirement that doesn't reduce to a catalog number — the one that crosses trades, or sits somewhere remote, or has a condition nobody has solved yet on that site.
Procurement awareness
Federal and state customers operate inside acquisition procedures, budgets, compliance requirements, and vendor-management systems. Those are the working conditions, not obstacles.
Regional responsiveness
Texas Panhandle-based, with working knowledge of regional contractors, agriculture, industrial operations, renewable-energy construction, and the logistics of moving material and crews across this part of the state.
Registered and ready
SDVOSB with active SAM.gov registration through April 2027, Texas HUB certification through November 2028, CMBL listed, and included in the federal Disaster Response Registry.
Certified for two markets.
K2 Prime carries federal SDVOSB status and Texas HUB certification — separate programs, separate verification paths, separate participation goals. Both are current.

Power for the essentials when the grid goes down.
Ground-mounted solar, battery storage, and optional generator integration — designed around a verified list of essential loads rather than a promise of normal whole-home operation. Licensed electrical work is performed through a Texas-licensed electrical contractor.
Agricultural Technology
Built on Dirt. Driven by Data. Backed by a Veteran.
Soil-moisture probes, field weather stations, and evaporation monitoring for producers across the Texas Panhandle — proven instruments for a region where water is getting tighter every year.
